  1. Attach your content to the ticket. Include your text in one of the following formats:

    1. As a text file in plain text format

    2. Reference a Google Doc

    3. Attach a Microsoft Word document, preferably without any additional text formatting.

  2. Attach any images that should be included and clearly label where they should be placed in the article.
